By requesting or receiving services from MetalliCare, a division of [Tri Surface Group], you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.


1. Scope of Work

MetalliCare provides on-site restoration and surface protection for architectural metals including stainless steel, bronze, and aluminum. All services will be outlined in a written quote or service agreement. Any additional work must be approved in writing.


2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for [30] days and may be revised after an on-site inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, surface condition, or any scope changes.


3. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date. A minimum of [24–48] hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.


4. Payment Terms

While we use advanced methods and materials, results may vary based on the metal’s age, condition, prior treatments, or corrosion depth. Full removal of stains or deep oxidation is not always possible.


7. Protective Coatings

Most services include a clear protective coating unless otherwise specified. These coatings are designed to resist fingerprints, corrosion, and UV exposure but require routine cleaning and care to maintain effectiveness.


8. Warranty

MetalliCare offers a limited workmanship warranty for [X months] following completion of service. Warranty covers application-related defects but does not extend to misuse, environmental exposure, or lack of maintenance. Full terms will be provided with your service agreement.


9. Liability

MetalliCare is fully insured and takes precautions to prevent damage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or interference by other contractors during or after our work.
